Dr. Safayan is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever worked with. His expertise is impressive in both breadth and depth and he takes the time to explain everything to you at a level that you can understand. I would trust my family and closest friends to his care and in fact I have, and they have all had glowing reviews as well. It’s rare that you can find a doctor so well grounded in traditional allopathic medicine who also has equal experience and expertise in things like functional medicine and medical acupuncture. If you’re having trouble finding a diagnosis or treatment options for symptoms that other doctors can’t quite figure out, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Safayan.

Dr. Safayan is personable and incredibly knowledgeable about both traditional and functional medicine. I have experience with past rare reactions and a variety of different issues and have done a lot of my own homework. So, when Dr. Safayan was both familiar with and deeply knowledgeable about all of these issues, it blew my mind! I moved several states away, but I continue to meet with Dr. Safayan as my primary doctor. After many ordinary and some terrible experiences with doctors, finding Dr. Safayan was and continues to be absolutely one of the greatest blessings!

The Acupuncture treatments have dramatically reduced/eliminated my neck pain and are helping to sustain an absence of what had been such serious pain I could not move my head at times. Dr. Safayan is an outstanding doctor, unusually intelligent, skillful and compassionate. Highly recommended

The staff and doctor are fine and competent.
However, the sciatica pain has not gone away. So, I am going back to the Ortho surgeon for an exam and x-ray to better understand what is going on.
Just one other comment about my experience: After lying face down for awhile on the table I do start to wonder when the Doctor will come back to the room. The needles are uncomfortable but not painful, so after a while, it is just a worry that emerges, e.g., will anyone actually hear the bell if I rang it?
