Ants on a Log: Integrative Nutrition, Joshua Rosenthal
Serves: 1
- 2 T. almond butter (or preferred nut butter)
- 2 stalks celery
- Handful fresh or dried blueberries or currants (or preferred fruit)
Wash celery.
Spread nut butter inside each stalk.
Dot with blueberries or "ants".
Frozen Grapes: Melissa Windsor, DC
Wash, pat dry, put in plastic container, seal, and freeze overnight.
Popcorn: Melissa Windsor, DC and Karen Threlkel, ND
- 1 T. Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 oz. popcorn kernels
Heat oil on medium low. Put 1 kernel in oil and cover with lid. When it pops then add all popcorn kernels. Popcorn is done when you hear 2 seconds between pops.

- Dried mulberries (sweet)
- Dried goldenberries (tart)
- Cacao nibs (bitter)
