Ants on a Log: Integrative Nutrition, Joshua Rosenthal

Serves: 1

  1. 2 T. almond butter (or preferred nut butter)
  2. 2 stalks celery
  3. Handful fresh or dried blueberries or currants (or preferred fruit)

Wash celery.
Spread nut butter inside each stalk.
Dot with blueberries or "ants".

Frozen Grapes: Melissa Windsor, DC

Wash, pat dry, put in plastic container, seal, and freeze overnight.

Popcorn: Melissa Windsor, DC and Karen Threlkel, ND

  1. 1 T. Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  2. 1 oz. popcorn kernels

Heat oil on medium low. Put 1 kernel in oil and cover with lid. When it pops then add all popcorn kernels. Popcorn is done when you hear 2 seconds between pops.

  2. Dried mulberries (sweet)
  3. Dried goldenberries (tart)
  4. Cacao nibs (bitter)
