The Restorative Health Challenge (RHC) - Washington DC
Hello and welcome to the Restorative Health Challenge (RHC). At RH we take our responsibility for improving the health of our patients very seriously.
We understand that our current health care system is not sustainable and that focusing on disease treatment rather than disease prevention is a major obstacle to improving our health care.
We can no longer wait until our patients become ill and then spend thousands of dollars trying to maintain their diseases.
We need to become proactive rather than reactive.
To this end we at RH have created the RHC to encourage not only our patients but our community as a whole to take back control of
their health and to stop relying on the health profession to cure them of their ills.
We endeavor to empower our patients and community through education and nutritional support to begin taking better care of themselves
and to promote prevention rather than treatment as the new standard in health care.
Through the efforts of Dr. Karen Threlkel and Dr. Melissa Windsor, we are proud to provide you with a comprehensive four week dietary challenge.
All we ask in return is that you follow our instructions as best you can and most importantly take your anthropomorphic
(measurement of the human individual) information yourself before and after the challenge to assess your benefits at the completion of the four week challenge.
You can either do this yourself or you can schedule to see Dr. Threlkel or Dr. Windsor for a complimentary five minute appointment to do this for you.
If you are successful in meeting your challenge goals you can continue the challenge as long as you like.
Again, we are proud to welcome you to the RHC and if you are ready to begin let's get started.
Sincerely,
A. Safayan, MD
