Olivier PELLETIER, LMT, NCTMB

Olivier was born in 1962 in Troyes, France (the capital of the Champagne region). Both of his parents were successful physical & massage therapists. Olivier specializes in body reading, orthopedic assessment and treatment strategies for soft tissue pain and injury, and offers Advanced Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork based on Friction Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, and Structural Integration. He is state licensed, nationally certified, and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. After traveling and training at the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang-Mai, Thailand, Olivier studied under George P. Kousaleos, founder of the CORE Institute in Tallahassee, FL, as well as Dr Ben Benjamin, founder of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA. He is also a black belt in Shotokan Karate who, after becoming regional vice champion, was selected to compete in the 1993 French National Fighting Championships in Paris. As a dedicated and committed therapist, Olivier is a leader in establishing higher national standards of practice and wholeheartedly supports continued advanced training in therapeutic and educational strategies.
